Dermfix RLF6000 Red Light Panel
The RLF6000 is a full-body LED panel measuring 180cm × 60cm, emitting light in the visible red and near-infrared ranges. It offers 7 selectable wavelengths (480, 630, 660, 810, 830, 850, 1060nm), each dimmable 0–100%, with NIR pulsing (0–9999Hz), touchscreen and handheld remote control, 11 preset modes and 3 saveable programmes. Spectrometer-tested output at 15cm: 92 mW/cm² (see data image).
Built with 1,200 flicker-free 5-watt dual-chip LEDs in a robust metal housing. CE approved and tested.

Ich nutze das Gerät jetzt seit etwa zwei Wochen fast täglich. Bis jetzt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit der gesamten Erfahrung – von der Bestellung bis zur Inbetriebnahme. Das Panel wirkt extrem robust und professionell verarbeitet. Erste Verbesserungen im Hautbild sind sichtbar, und ich erwarte, dass sich die Ergebnisse weiter verstärken.
I bought this panel as an upgrade from a smaller 80cm wide unit I have been using for a few years. Wow! This thing is impressive. The size is great as I can treat my whole body in one session either front or back. Quite an expensive unit, but looking at the construction I am optimistic it will last a good few years :-) Would recommend.

I'm in my mid-40s and I prefer to use the Dermfix 6000 in the mornings when I work out in my home gym – it gives me noticeably more energy, and my muscles feel significantly looser and more refreshed afterwards. My personal trainer has also recommended it to other clients.

Cant give a feedback yet - I have seen other units far more expensive on the market - and Dermfix looks like the best bet.
